It was nearing graduation when Jessica and Devin started dating. They were both grad students at Ithaca College, studying to be Physical Therapists, and Jessica had her heart set on moving back to New York City, the little town she calls home. Even though it was still early on in their relationship, Devin knew he couldn’t say goodbye so he came with, and it was in NYC that their relationship grew into something even better than either of them imagined. Always up for adventure, they later decided to head out west to California, and the rest, as they say, is history!
From the beauty of the Venice Canals, to the bustling scene of Abbot Kinney, their Venice engagement session was all sorts of fun. Jessica and Devin enjoyed some Prosecco during a mid-session detour to The Otheroom, and had fun playing serious in their shades.
As the sun set behind the palm tree-lined boulevard, they walked arm-in-arm, excited to see where life takes them, and enjoying the ride together.
The Venice Canals provided such a beautiful backdrop for photos!
After walking around the canals, we headed to Abbot Kinney for a change of scenery…
