You want photographs that will live on long after the wedding day is over — photos that allow you to feel the emotions of the day. You want to relive the happy tears, the laughs, and the joy felt by everyone who was there.

You've spent months (if not years!) dreaming about this day and I'm here to capture every detail — from the smile on your partner's face the first time you see each other, to the twinkle of the lights as you dance the night away. I provide a personalized experience both before, during, and after the wedding day.

I will make you feel like your best self in front of the camera, and create timeless wedding heirlooms you can enjoy now, and for generations to come.

Your Love. Your Story. Your Legacy.

WEDDINGS

The Process

I'll coordinate with your planner to make sure you have a flawless photography timeline, and we'll communicate on which details and moments are most meaningful to you.

On your wedding day, your only job is to relax and be present with your loved ones — leave the rest to me! I've been told I work like a ninja; stealthy and unobtrusive, while capturing it all!

Once your photos are ready, we'll pop some champagne and relive the day. You'll get one-on-one design expertise to finalize your album so that you can live your best newlywed life and don't have to worry about "someday" figuring out what to do with all those wedding photos sitting on a hard drive.

1: PLANNING

2: CAPTURING

3: PRESERVING

I provide custom album and wall art designs so that your wedding day will be preserved for generations to come. Your memories deserve to live off the screen so they can come to life on your walls and in your home.

Fall in Love Over and Over Again

"Our wedding was beautiful, and went by all too quickly. Having our beautiful wedding photos to look at truly is the best present that we could ask for; memories for a lifetime."

“We loved our experience with Rachel, not only for the great photos she captured, but also her organization and positive vibes! Rachel's planning enabled us to execute our wedding perfectly. She truly is a wedding ninja and captured all the photos we wanted. ”

“Rachel made us feel very at ease during the whole process and was really open and honest with her suggestions. It truly felt like we were working with someone we had known for years!”

Kind Words

Press and Praise

Yes! All wedding collections include both an album and high resolution digital files so that you walk away with the best of both worlds.

You'll be able to download the edited images from your day from a beautiful online gallery, which can easily be shared with friends and family.

WILL WE GET DIGITAL FILES?

You'll have final say on everything going into your album, but I'll do all the heavy lifting! Rather than have you spend hours sifting through hundreds of images trying to make selections, I'll design a beautiful layout that we will review and finalize together.

On average, most couples invest between $2500-$3500 on post-wedding heirlooms such as an album, parent albums, or custom wall art.

DO WE GET TO PICK OUR ALBUM IMAGES?

Your in-person viewing can be scheduled starting 6 weeks after the wedding, or 2 weeks after your engagement session. Other than a few sneak peeks, this will be the first time you see images from your day. If you don't live locally, we can meet virtually.

When will we SEE our IMAGES?

No. I don’t use a shot list, as this would very much slow me down on a wedding day. The only portion of a wedding day that I use a shot list for is family photos. However, if there’s a specific area of your venue that you want to make we take portraits at, let me know and I’m happy to work this in!

Do you use a shot list?

Typically you’ll receive around 70-90 photos per hour of coverage. No two weddings are identical; the number of photos will vary a bit depending on the number of guests, the number of locations involved (and how much driving time in between), and special traditions. Rest assured, your day will be well documented.

How many images will we receive?

No. I look through every image taken, and remove duplicative images, images where eyes are closed, images where someone walked in front of the camera, etc. After these outtakes and duplicates are removed, the rest get edited and delivered to you as a curated collection that tells a comprehensive story of the day.

Will we receive every photo that you take?
