Jenna and Sean were brave souls for this sunrise Chicago Riverwalk engagement session. They brought the sunshine on this otherwise chilly fall morning and have such a happy glow in these portraits.
These two Michigan natives started dating just before the pandemic began, and quickly found they were spending all their time together. For their fall engagement photos, they wanted to capture the city they now call home. We started at North Avenue Beach with the Chicago skyline in the background, and then headed over to the Chicago Riverwalk. We hit the streets early in the morning and it felt like we had the whole city to ourselves!
I’m so excited to be back at Walden Chicago for their wedding in summer 2022!
After a quick outfit change, we headed over to the riverwalk. I’m so glad we got some fall color on the trees too!
There was no shortage of great spots for engagement photos along the Riverwalk. I love that we were able to capture both the skyline, lakefront, and river as we explored downtown Chicago for their engagement session.
