In light of the pandemic, Trent and Alekya’s wedding plans were put on hold. But in the meantime, these two still found plenty to celebrate with a gorgeous fall Pasadena engagement session. Pasadena City Hall is such a stunning building, and makes for such romantic engagement photos!
I met Trent and Alekya almost a year ago, and am grateful I got to know them pre-pandemic too! As a perk of being neighbors, I can personally attest that Trent makes a mean carrot cake. And while the year has certainly thrown it’s curve balls, these two are enjoying settling into their new home.
Trent grew up in Pasadena, and so a Pasadena City Hall engagement was a fantastic way to throw a nod to his roots. While we had to postpone the initially scheduled date, due to the SoCal wildfires, they used the unexpected time to find the perfect outfits and indulge in a haircut (a rare 2020 luxury!).
Alekya wore a chic emerald Reformation dress. I LOVE jewel tones for fall engagement sessions!
There was so much yummy sunset light for this fall Pasadena engagement!
For the final shot of their session, Trent and Alekya sported their “Engaged AF” masks.
