Neila and Alan‘s luxury Palos Verdes wedding took place on the anniversary of their engagement…New Year’s Eve! The day started and ended with champagne, and in between was lots and lots of love and laughter.
The couple got ready at Terranea Resort in Palos Verdes, a place they know well from many weekend brunches and holiday celebrations at the resort.
How beautiful are these ladies?! Neila’s daughter Valentina was sooo excited to be a part of the wedding day and had some pretty epic dance-offs with Alan throughout the day.
Neila looked stunning in her Watters wedding gown, and a private first look at Terranea was the perfect way for Alan to see his bride for the first time that day!
I’m not sure what magazine this bridal party walked out of, but they sure looked sharp! The gold sequin bridesmaids dresses and black suits gave a chic, classic look for this luxury Palos Verdes wedding day.
There’s always time for a quick dance-off — I just love candid wedding day moments like these!
Next, we headed down to the cove at Terranea for more couple’s photos! I could have stayed here all day…but I guess these two had a ceremony or something to get too? This little beach at Terranea isn’t the easiest to get to, but sooo worth the effort for these timeless wedding photos!
Neila and Alan’s ceremony took place at Wayfarer’s Chapel — a glass chapel overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It was pretty magical!
Their evening wedding ceremony at Wayfarer’s Chapel was just gorgeous! The whole place was lit up, and they were surrounded by friends and family. Neila’s family and friends travelled in from Brazil to be in Southern California for this special day!
Silver chiavari chairs and lots of gorgeous white blooms decorated their reception at the Norris Pavilion, but the real icing on the cake was their beautiful dessert table!
Before the dance floor opened up, Neila and her daughter shared the spotlight with a sweet mother-daughter dance.
More champagne towers please!!! This was such a fun way to celebrate, especially for a New Year’s Eve wedding!
The evening ended with champagne in hand, New Year’s Eve party hats, and an epic balloon drop! Cheers to Neila and Alan, and starting the new decade as husband and wife!
