Santa Barbara Private Estate Wedding

Heather and Ryan initially planned to get married in May of 2020. After rescheduling for a few months later (remember when we all thought the pandemic would be behind us in a matter of months?!), they ended up eloping instead. But, a year later, they finally got to celebrate with all their friends and family. Their Santa Barbara private estate wedding took place at the groom’s late grandmother’s home — a beloved family destination that Ryan grew up visiting often.

The entire wedding took place outdoors. Both the ceremony and reception had sweeping ocean views, while summery florals added an elegant-yet-relaxed feel to the day. White and blush flowers were accented with soft citrus tones. Guests enjoyed homemade chocolates, which were a special favor from groom/chef Ryan.

The couple’s dog checked in on their first look. He looked dapper in his grey vest and bowtie, and loved being a part of the action!

Why pick just one wedding cake flavor when you can have two?! Their wedding cake from Lele Patisserie had both red velvet cake and Mexican vanilla cake layers.
